Best time for Good people to be part of CHANGE

General elections 2014 are over and as the citizens and political parties are busy analyzing EXIT polls by various agencies and media houses . "THE END" of many years of mis-governance by Congress and UPA II  seems clearly visible and Indians seems much excited and waiting for the next government.

Was it only few handful ministers and MP's alone were responsible for all the problems India faced during last years OR 'Were we also part of the muck, that was spread all around' . 'NO prizes for guessing , we were part of it and all the corrupt government did was to, utilize our lack of interest in politics and government functioning . The day people stood up and started asking questions, regarding governance-It was a tough time for UPA II especially after August'11 Jan Lokpal Movement. So the BIG question is -

Will we repeat the same mistake again ??

Country wouldn't have been gone to nadir, if we'd have shown little attention while choosing our leaders. Is it possible to do movements all the time ?? Definitely NOT . It's still not too late and all that's needed is to keep eyes open and be part of participative democracy . The more educated people start showing interest in politics , the more tougher it'll be for criminals and corrupts to enter in the system.

One more day and we'll come to know the results -

Two possible scenario's :

I .  If EXIT polls were to be believed  ( Seems more probable)
II.  If BJP fails to form government  - Will give the toughest lessons, ever to a political party, for NOT            supporting public sentiment (In favour of strong Anti-corruption law, Jan Lokpal Bill)  at right time and failing to act against corrupt men of own party.

I have been hearing many anti-corruption speeches from many BJP leaders in past 3 years and hope that they'll walk the talk without any delay, when they are getting opportunity .

Broad Expectations from BJP :

  • Make CBI independent, which it has been demanding while in opposition
  • Initiate fast track court trials against congress leaders facing charges.
  • Decentralization of power- SWARAJ
  • Implement Public Audits in all Indian states to tackle corruption
  • Don't expect Jan Lokpal directly, that will be too much for BJP :)

In order , not to repeat the mistakes again, proactive monitoring of the functioning of NEXT government is required, and not give any chances of corruption.  Since Voters are getting educated and smarter BJP need to adopt more smarter way to befool them compared to tactics used by Congress  :) ,else it won't take time to dethrone new government as well.

Aam Aadmi Party :

As per the exit poll predictions, AAP is getting in total 5-7 seats . I am very happy,Whether AAP gets 3 seats ,5 seats , 10 seats or more, we have triggered a new kind of politics, which nation has been waiting for last many decades. Thanks to common people and AAP ,as for the first time, people remembered the SCAMS of govt. and kept them alive in their minds for so long, which we used to forget earlier.

We have been able to raise the bar significantly, and despite having few people inside parliament, will NOT allow the open loot of natural resources and tax payers money. As AAP has earlier said- we're not here to rule, but to change the system, which I believe, we've started well, and will take it ahead in the coming years to come.

Best statement which shows possibilities for a better India by Vishal Dadlani  !! Imagine.

Ideal time has come for people  -

  • Who used to say -" Politics is dirty" to either STOP complaining or 'Enter inside and clean it up'.
  • Best time to enter politics for dedicated social workers.
  • Get united and make your voice heard louder than ever for a better India for coming years..

Expectations from AAP ?

  •   Won't allow political parties to make love in open with criminals and corrupts.
  •   Promote participative democracy and SWARAJ
  •   Fight for real Jan Lokpal Bill .
  •   Be the voice of common citizens of this country

Ultimately all politics makes no sense , if we fail to provide food to our all countrymen.

Political revolution in India has begun,Bharat jaldi badlega  - Arvind Kejriwal

Will India repeat UP !!!

AAP Volunteers attacked AGAIN in Banaras !!!

In 2012, during assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh (UP) people  were fedup of corruption and mis-governance by Mayawati led BSP, SP promoted  Akhilesh Yadav as her posterboy and tried to change public perception of violent goondaism by SP in last regime. Even I felt that he'll prove himself better than Mayawati and his own father MSY. People believed in this new progressive promises by him,and voted him to power .

But what happened next is known to all. Reason being the very own leaders and partymen had strong belief in muscle power and violence based politics. UP is burning today, and people are left with no choices.

In the wake of recent violent attacks on volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party in Banaras and other parts of the country by BJP partymen, just because they are talking of issue based politics rather than money, muscle, caste and religion based politics .I fear another UP in making . Ultimately what you sow, is what you reap .

Lines by my friend Shailendra Mishra -

What ultimately disturbs me is - "Narendra Modi ,who hails from the land of Gandhi has never given any statement condemning any of such violent activities done by his own party" which emboldens the culprits to curb every voice raised against them . Is this the democratic way which BJP want to implement once in power. Can both Congress and BJP which repeatedly used to refer to constitutional complications, when country was asking for a strong Anti corruption law , tell me isn't "My Right to express my Thoughts" NOT violated by this cowardly attacks on non-violent people.

On the contrary , people have seen Arvind Kejriwal publicly asking AAP volunteers to refrain from violence, whenever incidents of  AAP volunteers indulged in violent activities. If Narendra Modi also issue such statements in public media, he will only gain, but his silence make me to think a lot . Hope this violent culture will end and conclusion should be derived from healthy public debate , rather than violence.

Still I'll be more than happy , if all above imagination doesn't unfold in REAL.

Hope better sense prevails. Jai Hind

Why to mix politics and religion ? Are we paying too high premium ??

People have been fooled repeatedly by various politicians across the globe in the name of religion. Using people's faith to garner political ambitions, is the worst practice performed in India and nation is paying high price for this malpractice. Come election season, and you'll find series of hate speeches, to polarize votes.

So, the BIG question is - "Why politicians indulge in religion based politics" .

1.Appeasement of community which they belong to (Easy to catch unaware and ignorant people). A party indulged in minority and other in majority appeasement.
2.Fulfills their "Divide and Rule" policy.
3.Keep attention away from their failure to deliver promises last time.
4.DO NOTHING - and get votes after 5 years in the name of religion.

What we need to do?
We have to stop people from mixing politics with religion .Else, All the damage done by these pseudo well-wishers for society need to be paid by common man in form of 'Hatred','Riots', loss to nations internal security which sometimes take decades to recover.

We need to de-motivate individuals and political parties who take their decisions based on religion and try to create divisive lines across citizens.Strict laws are required to penalize heavily such culprits in a time bounded manner, else we'll keep paying high premium for wrongdoings of these handful people.

Today is the day..reply strongly !!!

If you find a better option than AAP , GO vote for it , but don't forget :
1. The shameless arrogance of both Congress BJP when we asked JLP.
2. Nobody accused in 2G scam is in Jail today.
3. Mis-use of CBI and unaccountable power to single family.
4. Who saved Kalmadi, Yeddurappa and Raja . (Both Congress/BJP)
5. Who opposed coming under RTI . (Both Congress/BJP)
6. Who opposed making CBI independent. (Both Congress/BJP)

Before voting just think, either you need a system in which WHOSOEVER rules have to ensure effective, transparent, accountable and corruption free governance OR An individual centric system, which incase fails, will land you no-where. Else, next time keep mum before complaining about corruption, education system, healthcare, roads etc.Hope you will not like to repent later -

"1 Mauka mila tha, kaash sahi decision liya hota, toh ye na hota" #JaiHind

Don't forget , how Congress and BJP cheated the nation after promising on Jan Lokpal Bill in 2011.

Countdown started for Congress ...

Do you think all the MP's of India, hold truth and honesty in their lives and not indulged in serious cases of corruption, which ultimately make the poor people suffer . If NO, then -

A quick question for all awakened and knowledgeable people: How many Congress MP's and MLA's are in Jail today due to so many scandals , cases of murder, rape, dacoity etc. Congress has been fooling Indian people from more than 6 decades

So, let's come forward, and make this corrupt and insensitive party a history. Hope you'd like to write your own chapter this time.

Come on India, vote for a better India

Time has come for the BIGGEST festival of Indian pseudo Democracy, when people hope for electing better government next time , which can bring their aspirations true . People have been desperately waiting for this time with anger, with frustration and disappointment against all corrupt political coalitions, especially UPA, which despite being in power for so many decades, has failed with lowest grades possible at all fronts

Expectations from next government:
Most people say - After elections , all that's left with citizens is - hope that the new representative to work more responsibly , which if he fails ,again wait for next elections .This model will not last longer - Voices demanding participative democracy are getting louder, and we NO longer can depend on individuals to make all the decisions . Transparent system, SWARAJ and strong punishment to the guilty is expected which previous governments failed to do .Major task before next government will be to control inflation, which have made it really difficult for poor people to survive and corruption which is continuously eating out roots of the nation.

Some survey polls are  predicting 60-100 seats for Congress . I really wonder about the mentality of the people who'll vote congress this time.I don't see a single person in congress, asking questions to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi .This number could have been even more, if AAP would not have been formed and exposed their corrupt deeds. But, these predicted numbers would not have crossed 10-20 for congress , if BJP have played their role of opposition with honesty and responsibility.

Come on India, vote for a better India .Let's punch on the face of people, who have been trading with people's emotion for last many decades .Vote for JanLokpalBill .  Vote for Swaraj

How can concept of SWARAJ help India

There is lots of noise from quite some time , around word - SWARAJ . During Anna Hazare movement in 2011, to Aam Aadmi Party formation in November'12 and till date, this word is being discussed frequently.Let's understand the true meaning and ideology behind SWARAJ.

As per Mahatma Gandhi SWARAJ means - "Self Rule" . Having least dependency on the outside world. During freedom movement it was in context to get rid of britisher's rule, and establish own rule. But Bapu's view was to have decision taking powers in a de-centralized manner with local people/community and NOT with few handful people sitting on top (Bureaucrats and Politicians) .

Arvind Kejriwal , author of book SWARAJ , has explained in detail with real examples , the issues India is facing and real solutions lying in the concept of SWARAJ.

Indian Constitution - Do we need to have a Re-Look ?

Indian politicians boast quite frequently about Indian Constitution.Indian constitution is told to be the largest compilation of rights, duties, rules and ways in the world ,which will be applicable to all Indian citizens. Borrowed from many existing global constitutions and huge effort was put to bring it in place . Given the complexity and so vast constitution, being an average Indian , I have not completely gone through it,but at least know the preamble described in Constitution, which guarantees us below -

Justice - Social,Economical and Political
Equality
Liberty - Thought,Expression and Belief
Fraternity

In true sense, the very first look on words above, will take you in another world which we believe is impossible .

Justice:
Even after 66 years of Independence, getting timely seems distant dream for all Indians.Everyone used to discuss it, but are any honest steps in this direction yet ? If we can't guarantee all our citizens justice within limited time span, why NOT remove it from constitution, and include later once we are capable to deliver it.I may sound funny, but ask some one who have suffered and wait their whole life to get it and dies. Isn't it a mockery of the pseudo constitution we believe in !!!

Equality:
Indian Constitution guarantees all it's citizens equality based on caste, creed, religion and sex . If we would have been treating our women equally in last 66 years, can you believe their current conditions . Distinction based on caste and religion is quite visible almost all the time.Rather than implementing equality, most of politicians are busy spreading their wings on caste and religious lines. A goal can be only achieved ,when we start working towards it. Is India still ready for it ??

Fraternity:
Increasingly incidents are being reported in recent past, where attempts are made to disturb fraternity and harmony among our own people. Without punishing such people strictly,is it possible to enact Fraternity in real sense ??

Were 49 Days Enough

First of all , my heartiest Thanks to all #BJP supporters for your contribution in #AAP's success in Delhi .If you might have worked well in Delhi, rather than criticizing AAP, we wouldn't have been able to get 28 seats. Please continue this favour to us always. Thanks again !!!

Aam Aadmi Party forced the people of India to change the way they see/used to see ,politics in India. From A dirty Game, Game of powerful, Game of Rich to a truly democratic and honest way to contest elections, perform well and form government within a year of formation .

But the question is - "Are 49 days enough for AAP to prove it's mettle ?? "

I would say - YES . What we were required to prove , was our intention and capability to handle the governance without having much politically expertise people, and  that we've perfectly delivered within this small tenure.

Why AAP came in picture ?? For Swaraj -> Read more about Swaraj
